1. Registeration
The making of the order requires registering. In connection with the first
order consumer must:
a) to register as a consumer by informing name and other compulsory information
to the customer register of Milk platform TV.
b) gives permission that the Milk platform TV registers personal data to its
customer register.
c) the customer commits himself to give the right information.
The registering is necessary also to get possible members' reductions.
1.2. The customer has to follow carefulness when using electronic commerce.
2. Validity of the order
2.1. The communication between the parties is done either by e-mail, by mail
or by telephone (a telephone +358 4455 53800). The customer will commit himself
after having made his or hers order to receive the order acknowledgement to
monitor his or hers e-mail.
2.2. The binding commercial agreement becomes valid when, Milk platform TV has
sent an order acknowledgement by e-mail.
2.3. The customer has a right by e-mail, by mail or by telephone before the
delivery of the order the whole order or parts of the order cancels. The delivery
has been performed when to the consumer a part of the order or announcement
that the order can be fetched from the post office has been delivered.
2.4. After the making of the customer's order the Milk platform TV does not
have a right to change terms of agreement.
3. Prices
3.1. The valid price is a price which is in the price-list of the in the address
http://www.maitolaituri.tv/index.php?language=fi. The valid price is in Euros
(EUR). The Milk platform TV reserves the right to the changes in price in clear
case in the mistakes pricing.
3.2. The delivery costs are added to the order.
4. Delivery
4.1.If a product is in our warehouse, a time of delivery has been estimated
from two to five (2-5) aworking days from the payment.
4.2 If the product is wanted by the absolutely certain day, it must be mentioned
separately, for example in connection with the making of the order. The Milk
platform TV operates in regard to the delivery according to the consumers needs
if it is reasonably possible.
4.3 If a consumer buys products to which it has been notified of different times
of delivery, an order is delivered according to the longest time of delivery
that has been informed.
4.4 The deliveries will be performed through Finland Post as a rule, if separately
anything else is not agreed on.
5. Terms of payment
5.1. The payment takes place using the following methods of payment:
a) Bang transfer. We will send the order immediately after the money order
has recorded on our account. The size of the money order becomes clear from
the order acknowledgement sent by the electronic commerce to customers e-mail.
b) Cash on delivery. The payment is made in the post office when fetching a
transmission. The transmission is given to the consumer against the payment.
If a consumer wants to have the order cash on delivery, an order has to be mentioned
about the matter when doing. In that case the customer will pay the expenses
caused by the cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is only available orders delivered
to Finland.
c) under 15 years has to have the guardian’s permission to buying.
d) 15-18 years has to have the guardian’s permission, then as it is not
a question of allowances got by him with its own work.
6. Returns
6.1. The customer has a right to return the unused products within fourteen
(14) days from the receiving of a product / products receiving day excluding.
The product to be returned and the product packing have to be essentially in
the same order as it is received.
6.2. It is hoped that the customer is doing by e-mail before the returning
of the product to the address customerservice@maitolaituri.tv,
a return announcement. The customer can return a product/the products by using
the customer returning system offered by Finland Post without expenses. The
return is sent to the address Maitolaituri, a TV Maljasalmentie 66, 83630 Kuusjärvi
7. Transmissions which have broken down in the transport
7.1 Sometimes one can go so that in spite of the careful packing the parcels
can be damaged in connection with the post transport. Therefore good is to check
its condition when being fetched already a parcel when the postal worker is
present. If a parcel has been damaged in the transport and if the ordered product/the
products have also been damaged, make a damage report immediately in the post
office of the matter. Contact our customer service after this in order to agree
on the delivery of the new product
8. Claims
8.1. If to the customer the wrong product has been delivered, the product has
been damaged etc., the customer has to notify the Milk platform TV of the matter
within reasonable time either by e-mail to address customerservice@maitolaituri.tv
or by post to address Maitolaituri TV, Maljasalmentie 66, 83630. The faulty
delivery is returned without postage according to the instructions (section
6.2) given by the Milk platform TV. The returning takes place after the complaining.
After having obtained the returned thing, the Milk platform TV will refund at
once to the customer already the sale price that has been possibly paid.
9. Force majeure
9.1. The Milk platform TV is not responsible for the fact that the delivery
of the order is prevented, becomes more difficult or is late from the point,
such as war, catastrophe, an export ban or import ban outside the possibilities
of influencing of the Milk platform TV, from the decision of the authority from
disturbing or the like of the general traffic from making the function of the
Milk platform TV more difficult or preventing operation.
10. Solution of quarrels
10.1. A Finnish law is adapted to the quarrels and disagreements caused by
this agreement.
10.2 The possible irreconcilable disagreements are solved in the district court
of Outokumpu.
