Delivery costs by Post Finland to Finland

The delivery costs vary according to the weight and size of the parcel. We post the small utensils, such as batteries, filters or for instance cables at their most advantageous. This kind of a small itmes fits in the envelope in which case the delivery costs stay at 1,50 €. This also is the smallest possible, a delivery costs. Otherwise we follow the transport price-list of the Post Finland. The small differences to the transport price-list of the Post Finland are possible due to the automatic calculation of the postage. The final postage is seen when an order is finished before actual order acknowledgement.
COD is valid at a given time and is in accordance with the price-list of Post Finland is inherited from the cash on delivery. At the moment the payment is 3,35€

The Matkahuolto will collect the storage fee if more than three (3) days of parcels are retained in the Matkahuolto.

Time of delivery to Finland

If a product is in our warehouse, a time of delivery has been estimated from two to five (2-5) a working days from the payment, when the delivery is performed to Finland. Usually the order will be posted the same day when the payment is seen on our account.
Cash on delivery in the orders the parcel will be posted usually the same day when the order has been left before 12.00 (noon). The cash on delivery is not available to the deliveries which are directed outside Finland.
If the product is wanted by the absolutely certain day, it must be mentioned separately, for example in connection with the making of the order. The Milk platform TV operates in regard to the delivery according to the consumers needs if it is reasonably possible.
If a consumer buys products to which it has been notified of different times of delivery, an order is delivered according to the longest time of delivery that has been informed.
The deliveries will be performed through Finland Post as a rule, if separately anything else is not agreed on.
When we send the parcel, you will get the information about it by e-mail. In the same e-mail is also the tacking code of the post. To the letters and maksletters does not get a tacking code, unfortunately.

The customer has a right to return the unused products within fourteen (14) days from the receiving of a product / products receiving day excluding. The product to be returned and the product packing have to be essentially in the same order as it is received.
It is hoped that the customer is doing by e-mail before the returning of the product to the address customerservice@maitolaituri.tv, a return announcement. Customers from Finland can return a product / products by using the customer returning system offered by Finland Post without expenses. The return must bee sent to the address Maitolaituri, a TV Maljasalmentie 66, 83630 Kuusjärvi, Finland

Sometimes one can go so that in spite of the careful packing the parcels can be damaged in connection with the post transport. Therefore good is to check its condition when being fetched already a parcel when the postal worker is present. If a parcel has been damaged in the transport and if the ordered product/the products have also been damaged, make a damage report immediately in the post office of the matter. Contact our customer service after this in order to agree on the delivery of the new product.
